I was told this is eczema but receive no medicine is it really eczema???

It’s on my face and hands! I’ve tried so hard for it to go away but it keeps coming back!! I know for sure it’s not contagious and it’s not from any kind of sex disease 🤣🤣

Side note: 20, this did not show up until I got pregnant. My kid is now too so I don’t think it something that will ever go away on its own
