Sleep problems
So my 1 year old has never been a good sleeper, only sleeping through the night a handful of times. The past 6 weeks or so has been extremely rough. Whether it’s a sleep regression, leap etc. that’s going on. She is getting up multiple times a night, sometimes 5-6 times. Sometimes she goes right back to sleep, other times it can take 1-2 hours before we get her back down. Well just last week we all came down with a nasty cold and since Thursday night, we’ve had to sleep in the recliners holding our daughter so she could sleep because she was so congested. We didn’t mind doing it because we all needed to get some sleep. Well now I’m afraid that she’s becoming dependent on us holding her. I know she still hasn’t kicked the cold completely yet, but she’s not nearly as congested as she was, so I figured she could go back to her crib for naps and bedtime. She is just not having it! I’m so tired of her not sleeping. I’m at a lose as to what to do with her anymore. I know we had to hold her so she could breathe while sleeping, but I’m afraid it made everything 10x worse! Please help!!
