10 weeks - Little baby bump, bloat, or both?

I am 10 weeks pregnant with my 4th child. I have no had a baby in over 14yrs. 
This is NOT how my stomach normally looks. I can tell theres something in there when I stuck in, but isnt this a bit much for 10 weeks? I wasnt pin thin either when I got pregnant, so maybe a little chub too? 
What do you guys think?

Hard to say without and before pic, but either way I’d be holding that little bloat like it’s a bump anyways 😂. Congrats!
