Did you know immediately when you met “the one”??

Hi all!
To all my beauties with significant others that have been in a long term relationship/married, did you know from the get go that was the person you were meant to spend the rest of your life with? Did it feel different??

I met him when I was 13 and he was 17 and I was the little annoying kid who was obsessed with him, so I like to say I knew what was up. Nothing romantic ever happened then (ew) but he tolerated me because he had to. 
Flash forward 10 years and we reconnected, went on a date, and clicked. I wouldn’t say I knew right then I wanted to marry him, but it definitely didn’t take long.
I have friends who are married who hated their SOs when they met them though lol. I have others who say they knew right away.

I knew immediately! I had dated several awful guys 🙄 my husband and I went out on our first date after texting/talking for about a week and on our first date when I started to get to know his personality and how sweet he was and actually get to see him in person I remember thinking to myself..wow this could really be it & it was! Married and have a baby on the way now, 2 years later ❤️

I knew immediately. Some lust was involved, we were only supposed to be a one night stand. But I KNEW he was the one. It hit me like a brick. I had other relationships and loved guys. Nothing felt like the moment I met him. It was fucking scary. But I didnt care. HE didnt know right away sadly. But admitted he had never been drawn to someone before like he was to me. It took him.about a month to realize it was more than just a small fling. 
Before him I had never met a guy who tolerates my "quirks"  not only does he tolerate them he makes sure he helps with some.

Nope! When I met my husband I liked him, sure. But it took several months before I realized he was "the one".

When I first started going out with my fiancé back when we were 18, I felt something. We were on a date and at first I thought, “this will probably last couple of weeks” the first time we had sex I knew then I was going to be with him and we would last. Sure enough, 7yrs later and engaged. We both still have a strong love and we still bond and have fun with each other. I still get so excited to see him on his days off of work. I felt loved by him back when we were younger and I just knew that we would be a strong couple.

Yes! The moment I met my husband is honestly so surreal in hindsight lol. I didn’t know I was going to spend the rest of my life with him or anything, but like somehow I knew he was going to be important to me? We met basically in passing at a student involvement fair in college, and I met literally hundreds of people that day. I didn’t even get his name. But strangely I remembered him and I felt like somehow I knew I was going to see him again (and I did, about 2 weeks later)

Oh yes 100% , I can’t explain it but the second our relationship moved from friends to more I knew he was the man I was going to have children with and get married to, even his mum said it the day we got together 😂 12 years later 1 son and 1 bubba on the way I couldn’t be happier and he still gives me butterflies . He’s an amazing man and an amazing dad I’m very lucky
