Hello, I recently found out I was pregnant. Due 10.2.20.
Ive been on the keto diet for 8-9 months now. I cant find any legit information if remaining on the keto diet is safe for the baby? Anyone else in the same boat? Any one had a healthy baby who was keto during their entire pregnancy?
