Scared.

Hi! I’m 16 years old and I don’t usually look when I wipe. Today I thought I peed and wiped and realized I had shit out my vagina. I understand this might sound crazy, but I’ve been watching and it is truly shit coming out my vagina. Has this happened to anyone else? It’s runny but thick. I’m really scared somethings wrong. Please respond if this has happened to you.
