What is happening 🤷🏼‍♀️

Right ladies I took a pregnancy test on Saturday as I was 6 days late for my period, negative. Sunday I had the tinest tinest ‘brown’ streak on my pad then the next day literally tiny droplet of brown blood then the next day nothing! I assumed this was my period but now I’m second guessing considering I had no fresh blood or clots and it lasted for 2 days, weird right? I’m having terrible cramps now and I keep going to the toilet thinking my period has started really heavy and nothing?!

Any help would be appreciated I’m going insane!
