Im 37 and hubby and I have been trying naturally for 3 years. Early last month we did our first <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> (unsuccessful), and I happened to get the next surge when the clinic was closed on New Years so we opted for the old fashioned way (unsuccessful). His sperm checks out great and while Im aware of a fibroid, my hsg test looked great with no obstructions. And I do detect a surge every month. So not sure what the issue besides maybe timing of baby dance. We can only bd maybe twice in the window.

A friend of mine who also struggled to get pregnant with her first child had been taking Letrozole and Metformin with her IUIs. She decided to stop Metformin and started taking Ovasitol. It worked for her. She has a beautiful little boy now almost 1 years old. Im currently on Letrozole and Metformin. Does anyone have experience with the supplements like Ovasitol or The Premama stuff? Successful or not worth it? I am willing to try something new and would maybe help with egg quality. I know my egg reserve is also testing good. People keep getting pregnant accidentally all around me and it’s getting tough not to get discouraged even though I am happy for them.
