Is it still okay to use Expired Moisturizer ?

So, I just bought Burt’s Bee : Sensitive Night Cream for the first time. I applied it onto my face and it has a really weird smell. In the package, it says : Fragrance Free

So, I was a little sketchy about it. Even the way how it looks, look kinda weird. Like, cottage cheese and under the lid, it has some little yellow coloring...

I don’t know if it’s like that or what...

I checked the batch code online and it seems like it’s expired????? Manufacture was: 17 of October 2011.

Is it okay to still use it?
