Super random

Does anyone know anything about fixing floors in homes? My bed used to be positioned in the corner of my room and one day I plopped into bed and felt the bed shift and thought my fat ass broke the box spring.... NOPE THE BED POST IN THE CORNER WENT THROUGH THE FLOOR! Very embarrassing and I had no bed post covers to protect the floor and carpet but now I need it fixed and want to see if it’s something I can fix on my own. And I want to be able to put my bed back in that same spot
