Saalt cup thoughts?

So I’m looking at getting a new cup, and I was looking at the Saalt. I was hoping to get some feedback from people who have used it before, though. Like, how stiff is it, do you see a lot of leakage, how easy is it to keep clean, etc?

PS, I really like the saalt cup wash a lot, I use it on my other cups and my nixit as well. Very easy to clean. If you haven’t tried a menstrual disk, and you are looking at a new cup that might be the way to go. Walgreens usually carries the disposable ones which are good to test to see if you like it. If so intimina makes a silicone one that is good. The best one is a Canadian company called nixit, if you find you like them.

The sizing is a little different with saalt so keep that in mind, the shape is a little closer to tulip shape than the diva which for me meant less leakage. It’s about the same as any other cup as far as stiffness, it does soften over time.

I dont use the Saalt myself but my sister does. I so cant say about stiffness but, I know she cleans hers like I clean my cup (the Lena) which is just hot water and gentle soup while on my period and boiled between cycles super easy. And she never complains about leaks. There is a learning curve with cups so expect leaks the first cycle or two but once you get the hang of it you should be good.

I’ve tried saalt regular and now have saalt soft regular. Not much of a difference except I don’t feel as much pressure on my bladder/urethra when I need to pee. I only had leak issues when first starting out which was 9 months ago. 
I really love the saalt cups and the company is amazing!! 
I reached out to them when I was having leak issues (due to positioning) which they helped me figure out. And then just recently I went to boil my cup to sterilize it before my period started and the whisk I used burned my cup and ruined it. I reached out to the company because they have a replacement policy and even though they said they don’t typically replace cups from user error they decided to replace mine for free. I got to choose what cup I wanted and they had it shipped to my house within two days completely free!
