UTI? Help

I’ve had a UTI in the past so I know what it feels like, and recently when I go to the bathroom and pee I feel like I have a UTI again

I feel like I need to pee again and nothing comes out.. I feel burning when I do pee, my pee is cloudy.. etc

But then it goes away after an hour or two. Like the symptoms will disappear after an hour.

It comes and goes. Is this still a UTI? Has anyone else had this problem? The symptoms stop after an hour or two.
