Someone please help... TMI pics

So I'm about 4 days away from my expected period as of today. Which makes me 10 dpo. Yesterday at 9 dpo I got random twinges (LEFT SIDE ONLY) here and there (not really painful just enough to notice and question it lol), and I had this weird cm. Seems to be clear and stretchy. Today I've had one or 2 more twinges as well. However, I usually get body aches about 5 days before my period and cramps too which is how I usually know if it's my period, and sore boobs. I haven't had ANY of those symptoms. However still BFN today. Here are my symptoms so far:

-Fatigue that slaps me in the face out of nowhere

-Random quick boob pain/feeling heavier

-The random twinges

-Always hungry

-Some mild nausea

My question is whether or not this could be implantation??

No spotting yet so far! 🥰
