Should I be cleaning under my sons for skin? He’s circumcised.

He’s a year old now and my MIL told me I shouldn’t be cleaning it? Whenever I do diaper changes I wipe and pull back a bit and wipe there. During bad time I do the same thing. 
Should I not be doing this? I only started because one time I noticed a piece of lint on it so I pulled it back to clean it and ever since then I’ve just been doing it to avoid that from happening...

If he is circumcised, do whatever you want to it to clean it. 
It’s when they are not circumcised, intact, that you wouldn’t want to pull the skin back.

Momma you clean it how you want too. If he’s circumcised it’s going to be pretty clean anyways but there’s literally nothing wrong with you cleaning him a little extra.

My sons doctor even said to do so, my son has adhesions right now and told me to pull the skin back and scrub it clean at every bath time
