How many naps does you 8/9 month old take a day?

2 long naps, an early bedtime (6:30), & she sleeps until at 7-7:30. It’s an amazing schedule.

Normally she has 3 naps, occasionally 2 or 4 when she gets up later or earlier than usual, or she has short crappy naps. She sleeps for about 3 to 3 and an half hours daily though 🐰

My guy is only napping twice, MAYBE if I’m lucky 3 times. But each nap is only 30 minutes

Somedays we do 3-4 depending on how he sleeps at night. Battling to cut down to 2 naps, been a big struggle

My girls 8months and takes a quick nap in the morning sometimes for about 15-20min. Then afternoon for an hour (this is new!and i am SOOO happy shes sleeping longer than 20min) then she naps again for a couple minutes.. sometimes she has a third nap if she seems cranky or what ever.

A short nap in the morning (45 minutes) and either 1 long nap (2-2 1/2 hours) or 2 45 minute naps in the afternoon

She’ll be 8 months Sunday. She takes between 2-3 naps. Mostly 2.
