Does anyone recommend taking prenatal vitamins before their pregnant and while ttc?

It is actually recommended, and you should be, starting a prenatal vitamin at least 3 months prior to TTC; as well as throughout your pregnancy. They do not help you conceive, however; rather, they help prepare your body for pregnancy.
