Ok so I am spotting 7 days before aunt flow arrives . At first i thought maybe I am ovulating early but then I noticed that I was only a week away from my cycle . Could this me just hormonal changes causing spotting or could it be implantation bleeding . Does anybody spot before period arrives ?
