First pregnancy

Hello ladies, this is my first pregnancy!! I'm currently 4 weeks 4 days. I have read that it's a "rule" not to tell anyone about your pregnancy until after 1st trimester. But honestly I dont know if I can keep it away from my family that long, was on the phone with my dad today and that's all I could think about! And honestly if I see them and refuse a drink they will ask why and be suspicious lol! When did you tell your close family about your pregnancy? I am planning on not telling everyone else until 12-13weeks! Thanks in advance:)💙
