I have acne out of the blue, does anyone know what type of acne this is?

Hormonal acne .  You could see a dermatologist and ask about spironolactone (if you’re not ttc) it clears up hormonal acne really well

So with cheek acne, I've always read that it's from pillowcases or phone screens, etc. Maybe try changing yours out and wiping down your cell phone more? Also, could be hormonal. If yuyou check out The Ordinary brand on Sephora, they've got good stuff that could help.
