Mystery byno

So earlier today I was wiping when I felt this very hard lump imbetween my outer lip and thigh. I didn't think much of it (I couldn't really take a look quite yet) well I got home and pulled out a mirror and pulled the skin back to get a look and it burst open spraying puss and blood on to leg and hand and I freaked out.. A lot came out but it seems to have gotten a little larger and is more prominent now? It was the size of one pea but now it's about two and Long. I put some rubbing alcohol on it. what is it? What do I do to prevent infection? I know I need to schedule a doctor appointment but how do I deal with this in the mean time? Thanks for any help I'm freaking out a bit.
