Please hlep Horny before periods but can’t bring myself to masturbate
So before my periods I get really really horny but I can’t even bring myself to masturbate ! It like if I do I feel like god is gonna punish me or something bad is gonna happen and then I just feel so gross, like I’m a horrible person for even think I should masturbate
Does anyone have any tips on what I should do ?
