Still not come on getting rather worried 😩

I'm now 10 days late!! this is unusual for me never been this late 😱 something is obviously going on right now tried everything to induce a period had signs thinking I'm coming on but no signs just alot of wind and belly ache and sore sides and back 😩 for some weird reason ive got no sore nipples when I touch 🙈 anyways just a test on the Tuesday but negative so don't know what to do might be too early yet?
