I made salsa too, i LOVE cactus salsa, it’s so goopy and tangy

basil eggplant tofu! with shiitake and enoki mushrooms. soooo bomb

oh plus a pumpkin pie (yes i still have my cans of pumpkin puree, i forgot about them hahaha) (and yes i wasn’t supposed to bake this crust, it was the only vegan one target had i think it was for cheesecake but it was good baked anyway!)

ok, this maybe looks crazy but it’s a persian dish called tahdig, we line the bottom of the pot of rice with potatoes and saffron and cook it until it’s a little burnt, it’s AMAZING

homemade sweet potato gnocchi (it’s a type of japanese sweet potato with a rich chestnutty flavor)

aaaand some super quick curry miso ramen! In my grandma’s tiny bowls haha
