Tips for contractions?

Like im going crazy.. 4cm dialated, still 1cm to completely effaced but No consistent contractions 😭
37+2 but so much mucus and just done with pregnancy and sickness..
This is my second one, and needed help for contractions with the first one too but No help before my water broke 39+3..
These inconsistent contractions are just tiring me out..

Your body has to efface fully before it can dilate fully. So you’re getting close!! I’m surprised you’re a 4 and feeling nothing. You got this mama!! Soon soon!

Same here! Consistent contractions gotten to the point where they are just more irritating than they are painful. Discharging like crazy since 34 weeks 😫
