Possible Micarriage 9 weeks +3

I really need prayers. I’m not a believer myself but at this point I need anything I can get. I’ve been spotting again and right before finding out I was pregnant I had a miscarriage before even having a cycle again. The chance of me miscarrying twice in a row and at this point in pregnancy is slim but the symptoms I’m having suggests otherwise. Please please pray. 😭🙏🏻

UPDATE: I went in for an ultrasound today and everything is still okay!!!! No answers to why I’m spotting but I’m in the clear for now! Baby has little arm buds and was moving around like crazy!! No one can take this happiness away, I hope my little peanut stays strong!💪🏻❤️
