Is something wrong or am I being dramatic?

We thought I was pregnant because of my symptoms, but it was too early to tell because I wasn’t late yet. So we went to the doctor and got a blood test because we needed to know ASAP because if I was pregnant half of my medications needed to go, I also have fainting episodes so we needed to be prepared for that. The test came back negative but my doctor hadn’t reviewed it yet so she said she’d call me back if something changed. I haven’t gotten a call back but I started bleeding this morning and it was super heavy, still is. If it’s just a period it’s a whole week early which isn’t normal for me, it’s also way way way heavier than my periods normally are and they’re usually pretty heavy. I’ve had one miscarriage before at 7 weeks, so I’m scared this is what that is. I don’t know if I should go to an emergency room, or wait because no one can get me in for an appointment until Monday or later. But I’m in so much pain now and I don’t know what to do. I went through 3 super+ tampons in an hour for example and I’m still bleeding that heavily. Any advice would be great cause I’m at a total loss on what to do.
