Multiple follicles, multiple babies?

Question

This is my first medicated cycle and I triggered yesterday morning after my CD10 ultrasound showed one follicle on my right ovary measuring  21mm and two follicles on my left ovary measuring 18mm. This is all so new to me so I don’t really know what any of that means and I didn’t know to ask my doctor at the time. 
I guess I’m just wondering if anyone here triggered with similar sized follicles and ended up pregnant with one baby or multiples? 
Sorry if that’s a stupid question. I have no idea what to expect.

My left ovary had a 22mm follicle and 19mm. I ended up pregnant with iui and trigger. Not far enough along to know if there are multiples but i wouldnt be surprised based on my lab results 😂. Good luck girl!

I’ve had 4 mature follicles each time and no pregnancy yet :( it can raise risk of multiples but isn’t guaranteed

I had 2 mature follicles and one borderline mature and I gave birth to a singleton. I was absolutely terrified my very first ultrasound knowing there could very well be more than one in there!

I had 1 follicle on each side and both stuck! I have beautiful 16month old twin girls now❤️ fingers crossed for you!

Having n number of follicles does not automatically mean they all will fertilize successfully and would become 5 day blast that inplants and grows in a healthy way and then become viable pregnancy carried to full term. You might have twins but it is unlikely. Even with ivf icsi percentage of pregnancy per embryo is 40 percent but in natural conception is 14 out of 100 per cycle and iui does not increase your chances greatly. I had 7 mature eggs all above 20 mm and only three fertilized correct. On day 2 had 3. On day 5 one on day 6 3  but the last two were too poor quality to even transfer. At the end got zero babies lost the remaining embryo in miscarridge in 4th week of pregnancy.

I had two mature follicles at trigger and ended up pregnant with one baby. Multiples aren’t uncommon in this situation though.

I had at least 3 mature follicles plus 1 that he said might be a cyst bc it was 23mm at cd12 u/s and then 2 more that could have possibly caught up by time of IUI! Really high sperm count that day too, I’d be happy with twins but as long as 1 sticks!
