We have unexplained infertility and have been trying for 2.5 years without success. We had 3 IUIs and a failed FET with a PGS normal embryo. We've never gotten pregnant, no miscarriage, no chemicals, nothing.

I'm a few days away from my second transfer and I'm finding it hard to keep positive. Although every test has been medically perfect, every cycle has been textbook, my body has never given me a sign that it can get pregnant.

Can anyone relate to this? Any similar situations with a positive outcome?
