TTC with MTHGR mutation

Hello! I am ending my 12th cycle since actively ttc, although I have been off birth control for several years. I just received the news that I have decreased MTHGR functioning. I have not yet met with my dr but will within the next few weeks.

Does anyone else have experience with this or any advice. All of the research I have done is not looking great, and it is hard to stay positive. I am in good health overall and all of my fertility tests have had great results up until this news. I am really just having a hard time staying positive.
