I’m really scared

Here’s the story. I am on the combined pills don’t take it perfectly. I’ve never missed a pill and take it every morning at 7. My boyfriend wears a condom and always pulls out before finishing. Anyways I had sex on the very last day of my period on New Year’s Day. Everything went fine, I checked the condom and it was good. Anyways, a week later, I started spotting (which never happens to me) for the next four days or so I had light pink discharge which freaked me out I started taking ovulation tests and they just kept getting darker. On my cycle day 14 it wasn’t as dark but it was really super close. So that weekend when I saw my boyfriend we didn’t have sex cus I was scared my pill was failing. But we did mess around. THE TIP OF HIS PENIS TOUCHED MY VAGINA AT ONE POINT AND THERE COULD HAVE BEEN PRECUM, but I don’t know. Four days later I had two days of heavy bleeding that almost seemed like my period but it was only for two days. It had small clots and everything. I called my doctor and she upped my dosage of pill but she didn’t seem concerned that I could be pregnant. Now my period is supposed to come tomorrow and I’m really nervous that it won’t. I took a test today and it was negative. It’s been 12 days since my incident that I’m afraid could have gotten me pregnant. Is it possible at all? I’m su
