Bleeding

Hello I need help

So 12/01 I got my period as normal on the pill and it normally would stop within 5 days (17/01) it didn’t stop or didn’t look like it was slowing down so I went to the doctors on the 21/01 and she gave me a new brand of pill fast forward today 25/01 and I’m still bleeding.. I really don’t know what’s going on and it needs to stop I feel so awful over it 😭😭
