Ladies with Endometriosis

Especially severe. What jobs do you guys work? And how does your job handle your condition?

I have very aggressive stage 4 endometriosis. I have FMLA which allows me to miss work for very bad flare ups but when I graduate college I plan to change jobs. However, one of my biggest fears is finding a place who will try to understand my illness and will still hire me with it.

What do you guys do? Did you mention your endo during your interview? Do you work full time? Do you work from home? Got any advice? Let me know all the things! 💛
