How to stop breastfeeding

I have a 13 month baby, I can’t let her cry it out it just breaks my heart! I also am so sad to see her crying when she wants to sleep and not being able to nurse

I am trying to stop breast feeding. She is on more solids now but she refuses to drink milk.

The only way I can get her to drink milk is in a smoothie

I’ve heard of some people putting vinegar on there breasts to get the baby grossed out which is so cruel 😞

Did anyone ever put something on there breasts to gross the baby out?
