What happens after the year mark?

February marks a year for my partner and I for trying to get pregnant. I've already booked an appointment to see the doctor in February. Just wondering what will happen next? Do I get transferred to a new doctor or go to a fertility clinic?

I actually went for help at 20 months. The fertility doctors will see you til your next cycle or two. The nurse recommended that I start tracking my ovulation with tests have sex on the most fertile day obviously but have sex every other day before the most fertile and only use pre seed if you use lubricant ooh and also take prenatal i was taking prenatal for about three months straight. miraculously I got pregnant before even stepping into the office while waiting for my appointment. But what was gonna happen if I went in they needed a sample of my husband sperm a week before appointment. Then they would draw blood while your on your period on the third day to see what they can rule out or find a problem so they can find the solution to it.

My dr said she would refer me to a fertility dr where they would do some tests. She said they typically test the man first since it's easiest and less invasive. We're on month 8... I'm really holding out hope it will still happen before then but yeah I'm not looking forward to going to the fertility dr.
