Does this look like hives?
Sorry bad picture she was moving a lot. They’re raised red bumps. She has a milk allergy and is on Elecare but that’s all I know of. I use a Aveeno baby wash for her baths and dreft detergent since she was born?? Her cheeks are red too could it be heat rash?
