How do you handle sleep regressions?
My daughter is 9.5 months old and has slept through the night for about 4.5 months now.
She is definitely going through a sleep regression. She wakes up throughout the night crying. She isn’t hungry, has a clean diaper, etc.
So how do you handle sleep regressions? I don’t want to create any bad habits or sleep associations (like sleeping in our bed) when previously she was doing so well. I know the regression will pass so I just want to make sure that when it does she still has the great sleeping habits we worked so hard on.
