My first fertility appointment was the 16th. They did blood work in me and my husband, and I had a pap and a transvaginal ultrasound. My hubby did his semen analysis on the 22nd. We got the results today. My prolactin is high so my doctor is putting me on Bromocriptine. My testosterone is borderline high but everything else was normal for me. Husband has been on Testosterone Replacement Therapy for 3 years. The results came back on his SA, he has no sperm. That was a blow to the heart for sure. I was expecting it to be low, but for there to be none?! 💔 Hubby has started taking Clomid to get his sperm factory going. Hopefully it works. If your husband is thinking about doing TRT, think very very seriously about it. Weigh all of your options, consider if you want children in the future...when we first told my RE that my husband was on TRT, the first thing that came out of his mouth was "testosterone replacement therapy is like male birth control". Anyways, thanks for letting me vent.
