What’s your worst symptom these days April moms?

I’m hitting my 30th week and a whole new wave of symptoms are hitting. I’m crying at the drop of a hat, can’t sleep thru the night without heartburn or baby kicking me awake, and my back gets sore easily. I will say the baby kicks are welcome and I love every little bit of that. Wish I could kick the heartburn. How are you guys feeling these days??

Wrist pain weirdly!!! And inability to sleep.... maybe I’m just sleeping weirdly and they’re related?

Heartburn and back soreness. I’ve had back pain since the beginning, but it’s been pretty consistent since around 24 weeks. 😅

I’ve got awful heartburn even on a lot of omeprazole.  But the shortness of breath and generalized fatigue/feeling miserable all the time is the worst :(

Sciatica, hip pain, and it feels like I have pulled every muscle in my groin. 😓 I’m pregnant with twins, and I’m really short, so I don’t know what I was expecting! 😂

My pubic area by my hip hurts, my vajayjay has been achy for the past couple of days like period achy, so exhausted in the store I had to sit down probably not drinking enough water, baby gets in weird positions by my ribs and it uncomfortable mainly at night the third trimester is definitely as tough at times just like the first trimester.

I would say heartburn mostly because this leads to other issues like disruption of sleep and then feeling fatigue all day following a night of little to no sleep because your throat feels like it’s on fire
