Has anyone tried intermittent fasting while breastfeeding?
Bub is 9 months old, my supply is well established and the pounds are just not budging. It’s making me depressed.
I’m planning on cutting out sugar and reducing carbs and doing intermittent fasting. 🤞🏽 It works
