Keeping baby busy

Hi guys. What do you guys do to keep baby busy while getting ready, chores or cooking?

My baby now a days refuses to stand in activity table or play pen.

I don’t want to bribe her with food to set that bad habit and also don’t like putting on a show unless absolutely necessary.

At this age , is it that bad to let them watch 20-30 mins a day to get stuff done.

I have lots of mom guilt about everything but I’m also without any help.

Any tips and tricks are welcomed. Thanks.
