I neeeed some advice/thoughts please!!

I’m having a bit of a freak out.... I had my Ovidril trigger shot (on Letrozole) on Monday 20th Jan. I also tried to track my ovulation through OPK’s. OPK’s showed my LH peak would have been the 22nd. Does that mean I ovulated one the 23rd? I’m anxious because we only BD’d from the 20th-23rd... I know it’s more important to BD before ovulation but was the day I ovulated enough? I feel like I missed out not BDing on the 24th/25th 😳🤦🏻‍♀️
