Amoxicillin

My daughter is on a high dose amoxicillin for an eat infection. Earlier she had diarrhea so bad it was in her hair... now she's just screaming that her stomach hurts, but she wont use the potty or her pull up. She's been screaming for about 30 minutes now. The hospital said it was normal to have stomach pain. I feel like this is just too much. Do you know of anything I can give her for it?
