Megaaaa stuffed up!!!! Congested like there’s no tomorrow!!

My dr was closed yesterday so I couldn’t call and ask

I am miserable!! I feel like a crazy person with using soo much nasal spray which isn’t good

I’m afraid to take any medicine without asking my dr so I am coming here asking other pregnant mamas who may have gotten previous approval from their drs. What can I take please?!!!! Sore throat head congestion!!! Nasal congestion!!! Please help 🙁
