I’m 8 weeks four days. The last week I’ve had extreme nausea In the morning and sometimes at night. Today I had absolutely no nausea and a little cramping with no bleeding or spotting. Should I worry or are symptoms coming and going normal. Yesterday I was at the doctor and the babies heart beat was 180
