So I’m having a boy. We chose the name Levi Harrison. (Harrison is after my husbands grandpa who is like his dad) to me, Levi is a simple name, not too over used in my area and not an off the wall name. My youngest sister says she hates the name. That it’s ugly and it sounds old. And just wondering why we would name our kid that?? And I can tell my other sister doesn’t like it much either, but she hasn’t been as harsh. Just hasn’t said much about the name except that it reminds of her blue jeans 🙄 how do I deal with this and what do I say? It’s hard not to lash out. And this really hurts because I am really close with my sisters. I am the oldest and have had to be “mom” for a long time now. So of course their opinion is going to bother me.
