Hi guyssss I need sum help. I’ve been on the pill aviane a combination pill since last summer and I’ve taken it every day at 6:30 am since. I want to smoke tonight but I’m always paranoid that it will mess with the effectiveness of preventing pregnancy. Does anyone know if it will or not ?
