Sleepless nights???

Im so uncomfortable,  27w1d, cant get in a position where i can fall asleep, if i lie down hes crushing my lungs, and it feels like my head will explode from my pulse. How are others sleeping??? I need a few hours!

My body pillow has been a lifesaver! I recommend investing in one. Stretching has also been very helpful!

I am 28 weeks 2 days and I have been having these problems. One thing I learned that works is taking a few deep breaths and doing a few breathing exercises after you lay down to try and lower your heart rate that usually works for me. Also a belly wedge. Trust me it’s a godsend. Is supports your belly while you sleep I love mine

Learned to sleep on a side w help of 2 pillows, one pillow under belly and second in between legs

This may sound crazy but when I get frustrated enough I make a bed on the floor. I promise you I have never slept better 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

I usually start my nights off in a somewhat sitting position with 2 pillows behind me and another under my knees, seems to help me fall asleep but isn't comfortable for a long time. I prop my body pillow under my belly and between my knees when I'm on my side and that helps too but I still flip constantly throughout the night.
