is it normal to be sick a week before period?
usually, i just get cramps and i feel nauseous, but yesterday my stomach started hurting really bad and i threw up like 8 times. i couldn’t keep anything down. now my stomach kinda hurts and i have a headache. also, food sounds absolutely revolting rn.
