For me some best purchases were the nanit plus baby monitor. 
The snuggle me was amazing for the first 3 months. 
The baby bjorn bouncer which we still use. It’s the only one my LO would sit In. 
The peg perego high chair. It’s so easy to fold and put away and my LO can lay all the way back so he doesn’t sit for too long. 
We bought a play pen and baby mat and put it up a few weeks ago. So far def recommend! It’s so nice to have him in there and play while I cook or clean up. 
Teething toys!! Those are the best! They keep LO so preoccupied! As well as the crinkly books! Those two can distract him for over 30 minutes. 
4 moms infant tub is also great. I use that one for LO now. We used the angel one but he grew out of it.

I’d say that’s about it. Most other purchases I feel like could be better... he doesn’t really like his car seat, the baby monitor is just okay (should have purchased one with it’s own portable screen, not just for use on the phone), the high chair is impossible to clean, and our swing is squeaky and has stopped working a few times.

We love the Nanit video monitor and paired with the Amazon echo show in our kitchen so we can just say “Alexa show is the nursery” so we don’t have to have our phones up.
