If you're a woman like me who's been trying to conceive for such a long period of time but only ever get the results you weren't hoping for

I just want you to know it's okay to be upset.

It's okay to envy all the girls on your facebook who are happily showing off thier baby bumps and positive pregnancy test.

But what is not okay is telling a woman to "stop trying so hard and maybe it would work"

Just know that shes already hurting inside and it's the last thing she wants to hear is that.
